Hours 15-20 hours per week. Studio hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Position overview
We are looking for a part-time shipping specialist to help pack and ship our line of products to both our wholesale partners and retail (straight to consumer). Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and shipping orders, scheduling carrier pickups and assisting with inventory management.

What you’ll be doing
-
Check pulled orders for accuracy and completeness
-
Print packing slips and shipping labels
-
Securely package orders of varying sizes to eliminate damage while in transit

Schedule USPS or FedEx pickups

Remain conscious of stock and items that need to be replenished/re-ordered

Remain organized during all tasks
Ideal Candidate

Shipping/fulfillment experience preferred
-
Experience shipping through major mail carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
-
Understanding and experience using e-commerce sites (Etsy, Shopify)

Ability to work well independently and as a team player
